Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. For the comfort of our guests with pet allergies, we ask that you find other accommodations for your pets during your stay with us.

Do you allow children to stay at your property?

Yes! We are a family-friendly property. Children of all ages are welcome. Children 2 and under stay for free.

Can I book your property for a photoshoot, movie, etc.?

Yes! We are open to all opportunities for people to come and enjoy our property. Please contact us with your request and we will happily work through the details with you.

I have a large group, how many people can you accommodate?

We can comfortably sleep 9 people - 5 in The Farmhouse, 2 in Hideaway, 2 in Dilly Dally. For groups over 9 we are willing to get creative. Let us know what your needs are and we will do our best to come up with a solution that works for your group.

Do you have a night minimum for stays?

Yes, we have a 2 night minimum on weekends (Friday or Saturday check-in). We also have 3 night minimum on some holidays. For weeknights (Sunday through Thursday check-in) we are able to accommodate one night stays. One night stays may be booked directly on our website. Please note that the nightly rate is lower on average when booking two or more nights.

Do any of your cabins have hot tubs?

Yes! The Farmhouse, Dilly Dally, and Hideaway all have private hot tubs.

Do you offer monthly rentals?

No, we do not offer monthy rentals. We do offer weekly rentals. Weekly rental rates start at $900 per week plus tax for two people. Book online or contact us for availability and pricing.

Can I get a discounted rate for my stay?

We do occassionally offer discounts and promotions. Please like us on Facebook and check our website for current offers.

Is your property on the lake? Do you have a pond or water on the property?

We do not have any water access on our property aside from a small wet weather creek. We are only a short 15 minute drive to Lake Granbury which has a sandy beach, watersport and boat rentals, and fishing access.

Will I have access to cable or WiFi?

Our property is a great place to go "off the grid." In order to help foster a peaceful environment, we do not provide WiFi or cable. This is actually why many of our guests choose to stay with us and love it. It is also the perfect excuse to not check in at work and put away your devices! Go ahead and blame us when you aren't available, we don't mind! There is a Starbucks 8 minutes away with WiFi if you need to do a little work or send some emails during your time with us. Our cabins do have TVs and DVD players so you are welcome to bring your favorite movies with you when you visit.

Do you sell gift cards?
